BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments are booked through an appointment booking system on the9.org website

Select the type of appointment – 4 different types of appointments can be booked. Selecting the type of appointment is the first step in the booking process. Appointments are either 50min or 100min, single or group (Group appointment are when more then one person attending. max 4 people).

Select appointment date – The next step is to select an available date.

Select appointment starting time – Once a date is selected available time slots will appear. Select a time slot. Please Note: Time is Universal time (GMT) and your selected time is the starting time of your appointment. (Appointments are either 50min or 100min)

Fill in your Details – Once starting time is selected a form will appear with the information of your booking (type of session, price and starting time). Next you will need to fill in your details and when you are dome click the confirmation link at the bottom of the form.

Confirm your booking – To confirm your appointment, a full payment is required. Once you click the confirmation link a payment button appears right under it. If you are ready to confirm your appointment please proceed to checkout. When you click on the confirmation link in the previous step your appointment is reserved for 10 minutes if it is not fully confirmed by payment within that time frame it will be made available to others.

Payment – is handled by pay pal check out, and can be made using any major credit or debit card and or directly from a pay pal account.

CANCELATION & REFUND

Canceling an appointment –  You may cancel an appointment by notifying us 48 hr before the day of your appointment, using the form on the contact page .

50% Refund – for cancellation  made 48 hr before the day of your appointment. Refund will be made within 48 hr of cancelation.

0% refund  for any cancelations made less then 48hrs before your appointment date.

100% refund or reschedule if we cancel your appointment.
